Whether you’re going to a parade or hitting of the bars with friends, a little pop of green is all you need. To keep everything super affordable, stick to what’s in your closet for the majority of the outfit and maybe purchase something green when it comes to a hat, top or a purse. These items will probably be the least expensive so you can spend more money having fun on the actual day.
