Before you know it, the sun will be shining and the flowers will be blooming which can only mean one thing….wedding season! Sure it’s great to see your loved ones tie the knot, but we all know the best part about attending a wedding is getting to buy a new dress and get all cute. With that being said, here are some spring wedding guest dresses that will make you the best dressed guest!
Before we jump in, here’s some tips on how to decide how much to spend on a dress if you aren’t sure. (I actually go by this guide myself!)
- If you are personally the one invited to the wedding or if you’re close with the bride/groom, feel free to spend $50 – $100 (After all, you weren’t asked to be in the wedding party so spending more than $100 isn’t necessary…at least in my mind)!
- If you’re just the plus one, consider re-wearing something you already own or spend no more than $50 on something new.
- Take the venue into consideration. Low-key backyard weddings VS. luxurious weddings at a 5 star resort call for a different level of attire.
- Don’t feel the need purchase a new dress for every wedding. Major outfit repeater over here!

Spring Wedding Guest Dresses Under $100
As you’ll see, I clearly have a favorite place to shop for wedding guest dresses at and around the $100 range. ASTR The Label absolutely kills the special occasion dress game every.single.season. Their pieces are so well made and are so stunning that I think they could easily be hundreds of dollars. You will definitely find a couple of dresses you’ll want to snag for all of your spring weddings this season.
Green Ruffle Dress
Pretty pinks and blues are wedding guest dress staples, but green is a fun little surprise. This flowy green ruffle dress has a simple V neckline with a pretty ruffle trim. The back is the real show stopper where the ruffle trim continues and ties in a bow. The slit accent on the front of the dress will make moving around on the dance flow a breeze.
Blush Lace Midi Dress
A true fan favorite. This lace midi dress has been around for years and keeps coming back. The dainty lace overlay is perfect for warmer days where you still want a longer dress. The straps are also adjustable so you can get the perfect fit. I have this dress in navy blue and it’s the #1 reason why I love going to weddings! Hahah but for real, it’s a staple dress to have for any special occasion.
Gold Floral Midi Dress
Warning: you may or may not steal the spotlight from the bride in the dress! Okay, so maybe not. But, this stunning gold floral midi dress is guaranteed to get you some compliments. This silky dress is everything you could ever want in a wedding guest dress – a flattering cowl neckline, dainty straps, a front slit and a pretty crisscross adjustable back. Can you tell this is my favorite?
Periwinkle Puff Sleeve Mini Dress
Though this is a mini dress, it still has sophistication written all over it. The V neckline and puff sleeves give this mini dress a super chic flare. The bodice is a bit fitted and then flares out into a sweet little pleated detailing. Plus, the periwinkle color is so unique that no other guest at the wedding will have anything like it.
Cowl Mini Dress
Love the cowl neckline trend but want it on a mini dress? Here you go! This purple marble cowl mini dress has a simple silhouette while the colors in the dress do all the talking. Its skinny straps and mini skirt make this wedding guest dress the perfect option for any outdoor wedding taking place in the heat.
Floral Ruched Dress
Nothing says spring wedding better than florals! This yellow floral ruched dress has a slight puff long sleeve and a smocked waist to make you look your best. Also, the ruffle trim at the bottom keeps the dress from being to snug around your legs and keeps the dress nice and breezy.
Baby Blue Wrap Dress
If you want a wedding guest dress that is a bit more interesting, this baby blue wrap dress will do the trick. One strap is simple while the other is ruffled and extends all the way down to a ruffle trim at the bottom of the dress. Not only is a nice for the ceremony, but it will look gorgeous as you twirl around on the dance floor.
Lilac Midi Dress
Surprise surprise, another cowl neckline! But, that’s because they really do look good on everyone. This lilac midi dress is what spring is made of and it’s flirty while still being simple. It also comes in 11 colors so you will have no problem finding one you love. Other than lilac, my picks are light sage, champagne and rust.
Spring Wedding Guest Dresses Under $50
If you are looking for some more affordable spring wedding dresses, I got you. The $50 range is such a sweet spot for some beautiful wedding guest dress options without breaking the bank. The best part about this round of up dresses in particular is that they can be easily re-worn for other occasions like graduations, baby showers, bridal showers, etc. so you really get the most bang for your buck!

You can never go wrong with sweet and simple for wedding guest dresses. And, this floral puff sleeve dress is just that! The square neckline is right on trend and the butterfly sleeves are the perfect added touch. The best part about this dress is that it’s nice and flowy in all the right places so you don’t have to worry about a food baby when you’re on your eighth dinner roll.

If girly and feminine is more your style, then look no further than this lavender ruffle dress. The off the should ruffle neckline is as girly as it gets and it’s also elastic so you won’t have to worry about the fit. This dress also comes in the prettiest sky blue color so you can pick that one up too if you have multiple weddings this season.
