It’s the most wonderful time of the year…okay, maybe the second most wonderful time of the year since Christmas will forever and always hold the number one spot. Regardless, it’s finally fall which means it’s time to decorate for a new season and talk about all things fall home décor. Today I’m sharing Must Have Fall Home Decor 2021.
Just about everything in this fall home decor 2021 round up in pretty affordable. We’re talking places like Target and Amazon which is amazing because affordability is key. However, sprinkled in the mix are some higher quality pieces from places like Crate and Barrel and Pottery Barn. Not the most affordable places to shop, but I’m a big believer in you get what you pay for. And, if you find a more expensive piece that you know you can use for YEARS to come, I think it’s more than okay to spend a little more. If that’s not your vibe and you’re here for the affordable fall home decor then you still came to the right place!

Fall Wreaths
If you are only going to decorate with one fall item, it should hands down be a wreath. If you live in a apartment, smaller space or just want to keep fall decor to a minimum then a fall wreath is your best bet. They don’t take up a lot of space, but they can really make the season come to life. Display one on your front door or hang one up inside your home. The fall colors and textures instantly transform your space for the chillier months ahead.
Fall Throw Pillows
If you are looking for a way to take your indoor space to the next level for fall, then throw pillows are a simple way to do just that. When choosing seasonal pillows, I always recommend opting for something settle that still looks seasonal. What I mean by that is staying away from pillows with leaves and pumpkins on them and instead choose pillows with fall colors and patterns (such as oranges, browns, and plaid).
This year, blues have been big for fall. I wasn’t crazy about it in the beginning, but I think it can be mixed in nicely with other warmer colors to look fall appropriate. I broke down the image below in to two styling options. Pillows one, two and four look great combined together for a warmer and more traditional fall look. Pillows three, five and six focus on the trendier blue tones for fall, but I think the patterns really help pull in the fall feeling.
Fall Throw Blankets
Fall without blankets is basically fall without pumpkins…not acceptable. A big blanket is the perfect way to cozy up a space and get your home ready for fall. Opt for a thick and chunky blanket if you live somewhere were it really starts to cool down. Or, choose a lighter weight blanket that still has fall colors if where you live never gets below 70 degrees.
Fall Drinkware
Whether you sip on hot apple cider or a fall cocktail, having fall drinkware is such a fun way to spice your home up for the chiller season. After you picked out your new fall drinkware, find a new fall cocktail recipe to fill your glass with.
